Studies show that a child can achieve a WHOLE EXTRA YEAR of learning gains during their time at Primary School if they are regularly active during the day.

During this practical workshop, you will gain lots of practical ideas on how to get your children more active, not just in PE but across the entire school day.

- Developing a positive mindset across your entire school
- Structured active play zones and break time activities
- Effective teaching methods for every teacher!
At the end of this workshop, you will walk away with a collection of teaching methods, activities and resources, so you can quickly and easily boost activity levels by integrating more movement across the entire school day.

Workshops can be delivered as 1 or 2 hour twilight sessions.
